So shirlsd dared billn and jenm to post pictures of February 2007 when the heat was out in our apartment. Billn does not maintain heating equipment here, rather he simply lives. It was cold this winter.
Remember, we currently live in a 19 century building, in a basmenet apartment, next to a river. Next to a river means the foundation of the building is in the river.

First, let me say that the pictures don't do the cold justice. I didn't know how to capture their breath on film.....second it was only 50 degrees inside all day, and billn took my car keys with him to work that day, so, we couldn't even go for a ride to warm up! Billn you better make sure our heat is up and "running" by mid-September!
Mid-September 2008? No problem.
uh ... i give up. where are the pliers?
Since we don't have photoshop, we can't put them back in time in the photo.
The pliers went to work with billn, where it was nice and WARM.
September 21st 2007!
Not true, the pliers were out on the porch of our cold apartment, where it was nice and warm.
huh. i can't say I miss those days while living here in SD. My bedroom window is open all but a few weeks in January when it gets down into the low 50s, high 40s.
I am jealous of senior daughters slippers....do they make them in a size 13?

The shoes are size 13, just not in big-boy size.
Don't start on the weather, it is bad enough your governor is an actor, we feel even worse because you don't have four seasons.
Can I open an account at the Bank of Yasko?
Bill and Co, are you sure you should have these photos and incriminating words to go along with this on the internet? I see Child Protective Services in your future....BTW, we in CA we may have a governor who's a bad actor, but we have national leaders who are just bad. We just glad we didn't elect those national creeps.
Your national leaders are bad, but we live in the Republic of Vermont. We have nothing to do with them.
We don't worry about your neighbor narcing you out for not having heat for a day or so. In our nation, we belive in "you do your thing, I'll do mine."
Nice to see you here kaanswfm, welcome.
